N Brand Pty Ltd, trading as Alpine Smallgoods, has been fined $30,000 after a worker suffered serious injuries in a fall at a Carrum Downs workplace in 2019. Alpine Smallgoodswas fined without conviction after pleading guilty to one charge of failing, so far as reasonably practicable, to provide or maintain a safe system of work. In 2019 a  worker was standing on a stack of pallets about 1.5 metres high to help unload boxes from a delivery truck when he fell backwards.
